Acceptable Use Policy

PuzzlePix is for fun, creative jigsaw puzzles. To keep it safe for everyone, certain content and behavior is not allowed. This policy applies to everything you upload, create, or do on the service.
Prohibited content
Sexual content and nudity
Real or AI-generated images of nudity, sexual activity, or sexually suggestive content are not allowed. Limited exceptions may apply for clearly educational, medical, or artistic contexts, at our discretion.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Sharing, threatening to share, or asking for intimate imagery of a person without their consent is strictly prohibited. This includes AI-generated deepfakes, "creepshots", and any sexualized image created or shared without the subject's consent.
Child safety
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, child nudity, or any sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited. We remove such content immediately, terminate the responsible accounts, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or applicable authorities.
Sexual solicitation
Content that facilitates sexual encounters, commercial sexual services, or solicits pornographic content is not allowed.
Graphic violence and gore
Images depicting graphic violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, or content that glorifies violence are not allowed.
Hate speech and harassment
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability, or serious disease is not allowed. Harassment, bullying, threats, and stalking are not allowed.
Dangerous individuals and organizations
Content that praises, supports, or represents terrorist groups, organized criminal groups, or other dangerous organizations is not allowed.
Drugs, weapons, self-harm, and illegal activity
Content that promotes the sale or abuse of illegal drugs, the sale of regulated weapons, or self-harm and suicide is not allowed. Content depicting or facilitating illegal activity is not allowed.
Spam, phishing, and impersonation
Spam, scams, phishing, malware, deceptive content, and impersonation of other people or organizations are not allowed.
Privacy of others
Do not upload private personal information about others (such as home addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, or private images) without consent.
Enforcement
When we find a violation, we may take any of the following actions, with or without notice:
- Remove or hide the content.
- Suspend or permanently ban the account.
- Preserve evidence.
- Report to law enforcement and cooperate with valid legal requests.
Repeated or severe violations lead to permanent removal from the service.
Reporting
If you see content that violates this policy, use the in-app Report action on any puzzle. For urgent matters involving child safety or imminent harm, contact us directly at safety@puzzlepix.example and, where appropriate, your local authorities.
